March 30, 2008: Award Ball in Armonk, sponsored by the Westchester/Putnam Knights of Columbus

2008

Brothers and Friends of Council 311,
Here are some snaps from yesterday's Award Ball in Armonk, sponsored by the Westchester/Putnam KofC. It was a wonderful event, our honoree and trustee, Art Sullivan, was joined by his wife Karen. In addition to Renee and me, also at our table were Frs. Mosha and Crawford, FS Kevin and wife Fran Gaffney, Warden John Mark, PGK Bruno Zani, Pat Brosnan and our newest Knight, Gene Prendergast, who despite having numerous young children sacrificed his day to honor Art. We also had one of the (sadly) very few pro-life NY Assemblymen, Greg Ball, on hand as well and we were proud to take pictures with this courageous man. A great job with some 300+ guests headed up for W/P by our friends, DD Charlie Sacco and Conference Warden, Ron Bakay. And special thanks to our own trustee, Michael O'Connor, for volunteering as chief photographer.
Vivat Jesus!
Peter D. Marengo, Grand Knight
