Serving COMMUNITY
311 Knights Serve our Community: |
- Year-round Clothing Drive - bringing clothing
to those in need: struggling low-income families, families in
trouble, Children of handicapped and unemployed, the homeless,
those actively trying to re-join the work force.

- Midnight Run - Feeding and clothing the
homeless by reaching out to the
homeless of New York City
via the Midnight Run program. Knights work in this
ecumenical program to bring food and clothing
directly to the individuals who need them.

- Loaves & Fish - preparing and serving
meals in local Soup Kitchens
- Trinity Church, Ossining
- Jan Peek Shelter, Peekskill

Knight activities:
- Clothing collection and distribution:
- We are currently collecting donations
for:
- Used clothing drop box
- Storage bins for clothing
collected
- Converting an out building at Eagle
Park (St. Augustine campus in Ossining) to warehouse
clothing.
- Getting goods into the hands of those who
need it:
- Midnight Run: March 9, 2007
- New Project "Mary's Hands" is just
being organized. Mary's Hands will deliver
clothing, food and other needed items to local families
in troubled times.
- Loaves & Fish:
- Trinity Church, Ossining: Cooking and
serving meals to any one who comes in.
- Jan Peek Shelter, Peekskill: Cooking
and serving meals to the homeless and working
poor.
